Unlike other forts, Charlotte is a level 57 fortress which, means that it can’t be attacked without purchasing a large number of upgrades for the Jackdaw. Charlotte is another Naval Fort featured in Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, and it is located in the southern area of the map.
